People who don't follow the "if you are using your windshield wipers your lights should be on" rule. Especially in rain and snow where it's coming down so hard you can't see the tard in front of you, that doesn't have their lights on.

A few years back at this antique book store I did the wrong thing, and bought an old superstitions book. It is loaded with old ones I've known and a lot of new ones I didn't know about. So now I'm more superstitious than I was previously.
