I can't completely give up sugar, it's what I work with everyday (at work). But it's the only sugar I do consume, and it's not much.

I wish I could boost what I'm doing. I'm walking 3 miles a day with some added running. I've only lost 30 lbs, and it's been 5 super hard months.

Just because you got a flu shot doesn't mean you can't get other colds, or a completely different strain of flu. And the flu shot doesn't take effect right away, it can take up to two weeks.

The only thing you can get the flu from is the nose drip, because it's only a weakened strain.

I had some people today in the shop from down south, asking why we had Valentine candy out today. They said they never heard of it. I know it's just a made up card holiday, but you think they would spread it around. Not to just a few states, and some parts of Canada.
