hi ,,,i actually went to one last week in clonmel co.tipp..amazin she was also a medium ,,if u can go and take it all with a pinch of salt u have nothing to lose ..
wow i am amazed at some of your comments , ,wud it b to much for u to consider that many public sector employees do amazing jobs that help many people in so many situations ,,, fire men that risk their lives,,nurses carin for termanily ill kids and hospices ,,people supporting people who have disabilities and abi's amongst some ,,,
i hope u or your family never have to use these services ,,,
we are a nation of people who need to stand united in this
look u cud go on forever with tit 4 tat stories the bottom line is we shud be supporting each other ,,human nature and all that ,,,not creatin a divide.....
hey listen your entitled to your opinion,,,and as a public sector worker i have been cut by 7%,,wont respond to u as ,,with comments like yours ,a mature response wud be wasted .nite
public service have alreay been hit with income levy and a pension levy ,,7% cuts already this year ,,,personally its not about creatin a divide between public and private ,,,i have no problem with paying our share ,,,
im not disagreen with u ,,,of course people take advantage but does that not go for many areas inc private sector ( we only need look at the economic climate here to be aware of it, banks gaining bonus's opposed to some on takin sick pay )also for the genuine people on social welfare is it fair to them or us the tax payer that there are so many people claiming benifits they are not entitled to ??
im only guessing herer but if admin staff are actually takin 16 days per year , i reckon in most cases they still have to do the same amount of work as there are not replaced
the majority of the public sector workers are hands on frontline staff providing a service with limited resources
would just like to reply to some of the negative comments bout the public sector ,,,,i get 6 sick days per year and never take them as i work in the disability sector so if i dont go to work im not covered therefore the people i help support will suffer the impact and there have already been so many cut backs where people with an intellectual disability are affected .please dont tarnish us all with the same brush , yes we have secur jobs and are v grateful for them in this climate but in a lot of cases workloads have increased dramatically and as we work in human services some people go above and beyond there role ,,,wer not lookin for a pat on the back for it but please dont slate us all.
