Unfortunately "in this country" it is not illegal to consume as much alcohol as you want in your own home, Here lies the problem when there are children present. If she ever neglects the child to the point that the child gets hurt because of her neglect, she is held responsible. If you are the only other adult present at the time you are also. That being said "do something about it" besides starting threads on a dating site.
