Sometimes I don't even need to meet a person to know that they are not for me. If it comes down to a meeting, I can usually tell pretty quickly if they are not for me.

It would work for me, if that's what was meant to be. Of course, it would be nice to have our cake and eat it, too--while/if we settle down for life with just one love...but, I think in a sense for those of us who still have not made the choice to settle down with one love thus far, are in fact ultimately experiencing some of those qualities with several different "loves" already.
