Careful with Indonesia though. It is not really easy to buy property, you need to trust a local, and there are plenty of stories where it went wrong. And plenty of succes stories obviously. Bali, is probably a favorite since people tend to speak english. But whatever you decide, make sure to do your homework, otherwise you might see your savings go down the drain.

Norway, is a great country to bike. Although the weather isnt the best in the world, it is still great 3 months a year. Any reason why you cant retire in multiple countries?

Anyway, I reckon the best option would be the Suzuki dealership.

A few questions that arise are: How long is she driving for? Might be something else and not because of hitting a 'critical' speed.

Did it drive perfectly before? What happend prior to having the issue?

Cruise control?
Overheating?

I think you dislike the color yellow. Which would mean:
