Garlic breath, do you love it or hate it?????

I dont go out with girls, I go out with Ladies. Some of them are past the pms period times, which is quite good, but then menapause makes them cranky anyway. I dont notice it much on the dance floor, but then, us guys cant appreciate what the woman folk have to go through, not just once, but quite often.

When God created women, he must have had a bad day. I am happy to have been born male. Do you agree?

I havnt got a problem if you are dining out, as long as you both eat it so you can really get the kissing going. The only time I hate garlic breath is at night when whatever you have eaten keeps on repeating, ooh I hate that.

Losing weight is EASY, keeping it off is HARD.

Can I inspire anyone today? Im sure especially in America the obesity rate is enormous. I watch Oprah, & feel that allot of people need to be educated in Weight Loss & maintanance.

WARNING TO ALL;

If you are obese, find something that works. Your body will say Thank You. Let alone what it can do for your self-esteem.

Its 7.35am here in Aussie Land. No real breakfast for me this morning. Did my usual last night dancing instructoring. Had a sleep over, couldnt face breakfast of any sort, but just popped into Macdonalds for a Cappuccino. I think I'll have the day off & go & have a nice lunch.

Im not a morning person, in fact Im not normal

at all, but then whats normal anyway?

A normal Breakfast for me

A protein shake, a short black coffee, & sometimes assorted fruits:

Pineapple, melon, strawberries, kiwi fruit.

Then go to have a workout, a short run.

Even though I am an Insomniac, I seem to function very well.
