When I was born again I believed I would go to heaven, but now I am a backslider. I repent often, but I stuff up more often. I know that the Lord wipes the slate clean when you repent, God forgive me for I sin often, I need your grace & the blood of Jesus to make me clean.

Thats the first thing, then put Salsa music & dancercise for 30 minutes,

cool down, have breakfast, take a shower, shave, brush teeth, cologne

get dressed, off to work energised, happy to face whatever comes along.
