Think of a person below you, and give your clue of him/her to the person three level above, the one have to reach the person below and say something nice to him/her of the one you were thinking about... Then, if you rightly follow my advice...the next person below the one you reach to say something nice would have to compliment you during one day, each time he/she sees you on threads...

I did practise Krav-Maga in Paris and I can reassure you, it works well! I chose it after 12 years of French Boxe...
I used my knowledge in Martial Arts 3 times in Paris, at night, when I was in trouble with men (I don't like to do it but if it is to defend myself...I don't have more than 1second of reflection!)
