well i think your answer was a bit strange i mean if i think about it why would someone wanna put on weight from the gargle? that will only give you a beer gut and you will be a stereotype of irish culture, so everybody from outside ireland seems to think in my opinion! get urself to the gym and do a few reps and squats that will get ya in shape and create muscle not unwanted fat..

Best way to lose the excess unwanted lbs is a high protein/low carbohydrate diest with plenty of cardioviscular work, (walking, jogging, treadmill,bicycle etc) and basically just watch ur diet. cut fast foods and crap like that to a minimum, drink plenty of water.. A gym would be the best tip i can give you mate ;-) and at todays rates you can find them pretty affordable.

Aww well thats great innit. is there no young chicks my age that go to the get togethers?? i notice that it seems to be over 30's mostly who contribute to the forums.. to me that says that they are taking this seriously. as for the younger chicks?? never see them post any adds really. so i guess they wudnt bother to go along to the cs gatherings might i be right there my humps?

Hi guys and gals. im a new lad to cs and as i did sign up to it 2 years ago i rarely ever used it as i was away on my travels last year and im only home and finding my feet again. i noticed the chat feature on here and i thought that, that would be a feature that would be filled with all the singles chattin and getting to know each other rather than sending sumone a message or a flower and not knowing when your going to get a reply.. well thats my qyery anyway folks, your replies would be appreciated..
