there r medicines, mostly antidepressants. had my fair share of them and dont intend to go bk on them. i cant go on any form of medication anyways as im pregnant. but it may help with some people its never helped me.wave

thats very true.. i do know my trigger. infact its very embaressing so i wont mention it. but the thing that triggers my panick attacks is also another condition i have been tested and diaignoised for.

the problem is this other condiction i have is actually 10 times worst now that im pregnant, so of course the attacks are worst lately ive been gettin at least one panick attack a day sigh

yep i get the muscel spasms. i used to be on anti aniexty pills for it, but had to come off it right away once i became preggers.

ive tried ALL the tricks in the book and the only thing that works for me is to be alone in a room, like back home or toilet or summit. cos if i see ppl around me i panick more.sigh

yes there evil evil things but most of us get them at least once in our lifes......
unfortunatly im a sufferer and suffer at least 4 a week.. runs in family!!

i remember my worst experance was when i was on holiday in italy and i was in a resturant, my fingers bend backwards, my jaw twisted round it was terrible but after a hour i was fine.

anyone else get them?

Well my mans comming out in 51 days smitten and we have decided that when his out we gonna shop for stuff for our new place, bedding, ect ect ect..... im so excited how can summit so silly as that make u excited ??

hehesmitten i also recicved a parcel from him yesterday full of baby things grin
