well, I'm not over 50 yet. Heck I'm not even 45 but I've loved motorcycles since I was a wee tacker. I had a bike when I was 17 and would dearly love to get another...just as soon as it rains money.
So, I'm going to go with...no. I dont think its a midlife crisis, I think its just a number of women in that age bracket are discovering that they CAN do things like ride bikes even though they've probably been discouraged from doing so by people who think its a 'bad girls delight' :P
We ladies all have a little bad girl in us I think, even if it takes us till we're over 50 to figure that out. heehee.
I believe compliments are a form of prosperity and to turn them away is to close the door on other for ms of prosperity so I generally accept compliments gracefully whether I believe the person means it or not.
by the same token,I never pay a compliment if I dont mean it.
