I am basing everything on the Gregorian Calender/Colender.
The Mayan Calander may have been a little bit out as they lost out many centuries ago.

Heap of crap but unfortunately my daughter's in-laws bought into it for quite some time
They live in suburbia but have a property in the bush (no house on it, just a caravan) and have been stockpiling food, water and other supplies in readiness plus preparing to build an underground shelter.
My poor daughter and her husband have been listening to their rubbish for ages, with no acceptance on their part that it's just not gonna happen
They put their foot down though when it came to being expected to pack up their lives and their child and head to the property the week before Christmas.
And as my daughter pointed out, she has a mother and a brother, apparently forgotten about??
Apparently they've since given up on the whole thing but I'm sure that won't be the last we hear of their crackpot ideas

Was a Tom Hanks movie out a few years ago about the Armageddon thing about the need for BUNKERS to survive the END OF THE WORLD nuclear blasts.
Just hope that it is quick when it happens so I can't change my mind about needing to do more things
