I told my oldest son I understand he is going to be curious. He is a good boy but he follows alot of the wrong crowd. I made the hugest mistake of telling him I expect him to try drugs. DUMBDUMBDUMB.. But I talked it out with him. I told him I did it and it didnt do a thing for me. When I found out about him I stopped everything. I stayed clean and sober, so I hope it made him aware of how important it is to be sober when the resposiblity hits. I am not sure what impression I made. Hope its a good one. All you can do is what you accomplish as a parent. Hope fully they are smart enough to learn from your mistakes!!! I hope mine is..LOL..

Hi there, I want to say first and for most, Its okay. You have discovered you have the problem and want to get it fixed and that is the most important thing for now. I applaud your courage and your insite for what is going on in your life and knowing it needs to be changed. Congratulations on the first step...You can do the rest, I know you can. imbroglio, You dont know me and I have been reading quite a bit on this forum for a while before I posted, So I will say, Please keep all recordings of anything she says. Keep all changes in plans and get it all in writing, and GET TO AN ATTORNY SOON! I thought my ex and I would be able to work everything out in a adult manner, BOY WAS I WRONG..I spent two years fighting for custody, I finally got it, but it was a struggle and a half, It depleted my savings, and I had to have documentation of everything in the end it was worth it! But please take care and do this soon, the longer you put it off the longer it will take..Good Luck and take care...We all know you love that baby..okay..Hugs

Ohh my..My kids had eaten most of the candy by the time I could see. I need Caffine this early! Who Said they could get up at the crack of dawn to open the baskets when I was up till four putting them together..hahaha. I do love the excitement though. Its second only to Christmas! OKAY OKAY...twice in my life I have contimplated Some evil deads on My ex. When I first found out he cheated on me. Then Again During the Custody of our Kids. I will admit I imagined him aflame a few times, With a large gas can sitting in front of him. Does that make you feel better? No I am not a saint! But I dont like thinking evil thoughts either I have always wanted people to treat me as I treat them with respect.
And I get along with the ex now! Okay not the new wife, but Hey, I am not an ANGEL!!!

Worst- was When my Oldest was Two, we had baught him a little suit for church,complete with little bow tie, He was adorable! Two seconds out of the house HE Jumped in the Biggest mud puddle in the yard! I was Furious, then I couldnt stop laughing, It was just typical of our timing!

Best-Driving all the way to California from Missouri, to see my dad the last year he was alive with the kids in tow. We never saw him alive again. But we have that awesome memory of Easter with Grandpa. I Will miss him forever

I will add my two cents here. I have two boys, they both went through the naked Stage, One at two and one at one. So Here is what you do. Give him Naked time, a half hour before bath or after. Let him sit on a towl, or Blanket in case of accident, DONT CHASE HIM he will get really excited about your game and want to stay naked. Also buy a little potty for potty training and keep it close, just in case of Accident, and you will have it for when you need it in the future. Also, You can play the cheerio game with him in the toliet he has to aim at the cherrio's while he tinkles, MY BOYS LOVED IT..Good luck..I hope he has fun being O-Natural. My two did. Like they said enjoy his time like this he will never be more spontanious than he is now either! Good luck!!

HI there, I am just now starting to enter the maddness, okay I have been there since November, He turned 13 then. But I am trying to keep up with the moods, the "I know everything" attitude, and the "You know Nothing" attitude..as well as the "ITS ALL SO HORRIBLE", to the "ITS SO GREAT!" I cant keep up..Is there medication One of us could take to slow down the MOOD TRAIN!!!!

I am thankful for my childrens health, Welfare and Happiness. I am thankful for the food in my kitchen, the car in the drive, and the roof over my head. I am thankful for the fact that they caught what I have soon enough to cure it (HOPEFULLY!). I am thankful that I have friends on this site from all over the world I can listen too, and talk to about anything and get such honest responses. I am thankful for...Spell check when I write.
