The Monarch isn't completely worthless. She had an encounter with an intruder once i her bedroom. Now she keeps a gun handy in her bedside cabinet (I may have made that last part up)
With the excess of the holidays over some people may be ready for some exercise and diet. This can be achieved if motivated by gentle exercise e.g walking and yoga for those not used to it and from experience if people tried running for example and there are run clubs around for all abilities for those who want company they would be surprized how much excess they can burn off within months!
If some are happy with their weight, no problem but the body does need a sensible diet and exercise. I'm often tempted to whip up some pancakes for friends because cooking is something I enjoy. Nothing wrong with an optional burger with onion relish from time to time for those who like meat with a salad serving. Healthy eating can help certain medical conditions too - fact!
