I'm not either! Its just strange how all of a sudden it happened. Then my 6 year old godchild asked me about my birthday (which is coming soon) and asked if I was going to turn 74. 74!!!
At least I was able to convince her that I am turning 25, and that I am younger than her mom (I'll go to the grave claiming she is older than me)!
For example, I don't remember ever getting heartburn before I was 29. And I hurt my hip--thinking I just tweaked it while riding. When the pain didn't go away I had it checked and it turns out I have bursitis. When the hell did an 88 year old guy switch hips with me? I just feel ancient right now!
Perhaps instead of jumping into dating, maybe you might want to take it easy and just hang out as friends. I know that when I was damaged by my last long term relationship, it was better to keep it simple instead of dating. I found I wanted to compare every guy to the big jerk. When I got over that I knew I was ready to date again.

when i was with my ex, i thought i killed him--on accident of course--but it scared me to death. he was out for probably just a minute, but blood was coming out of his mouth, and it was all very frightening. i still get nervous just thinking about being in a similar circumstance!
have you tried the alpine cosmic kitty scratcher, or maybe its the cosmic kitty alpine scratcher? my kittens love it. they sell them at petco, petpeople, and petsmart. it comes with a little catnip too, they are in heaven.
I've dated younger guys, but only a few years younger. As I get older, the younger guys get older, and we have more fun. Its not fun dating a younger guy who wants to play video games all day. I guess it just depends on his level of maturity and your comfort level.
