I have a neighbour, 30, a DJ who lives next to my door for 3 months. He earns a lot of money, about 3000 euro/day and that's why he consider is alone here and make a lot of noise with what he calls "music". Loud, loud music. My walls are moving when he turn on the stereo. I called police a lot of times, he continues to do that. I think he's on drugs. Please advice me what to do in order to stop him? This morning he wake me up at 5.00.
