I'm not that easy it takes work to earn my trust but a nice treat might help

Yes there are cat people and dog people, but some love both

pet Cats are far more independent than pet dogs and could survive in the wild, but dogs mostly depend too much on humans and are more domesticated.

I have only ever had one cat in my lifetime and there is nothing like the sound of a cat purring when it's curled up on your lap content

I am very much a dog person, but I much prefer the sound of a cat purring to the bark of a dog!

My favourite dinosaur was the T rex but I fear it would not be easy tame or sit at my feet though

I am very much into my movies too, but to list all the movies I,ve watched since new years eve is an impossibility, because there is just far too many

From the list you presented I highly rate blade runner if in fact it is the original version with Harrison ford, but not seen the remake though, fast a furious I have got movies 1 - 5 but not seen the most recent one, Riddick I have got the first two movies, but have not seen the most recent one, Carrie I have got the original, but not seen the remake

Sorry to here that and I understand how you feel, because have lost many dogs in my life!

A dog becomes a companion, a friend, a member of the family and we grow a close bond with them, but sadly humans and animals have a lifespan!

my advise is to give it a bit of time and if you are still feeling down think about maybe getting another dog?

I'm speaking from experience and I would find it hard to see life without animals, but I do have rather a lot though

Nether do I believe a difference of opinion is worthy of banning someone, but some people "not you" start personal attacks on the creators of the threads and try to provoke a reaction from them, but sadly those people only post those types of vile statements instead of adopt using a well thought out constructive argument,because they can't think of one and as the creator of the thread it's best to nip it in the butt in my opinion!

Yes I post videos on this site sometimes and most are music videos, because I enjoy good music, but not much else

Judging by the attitude that you have displayed on this thread one would think that you may have been banned from many threads previously? and that would not be something to boast about, but rather be ashamed of in my opinion.

HL, Thank you for giving a very detailed and individual opinion on this subject

7 years is a very long time and it is a real compliment to get a praise from a veteran such as yourself on this thread

It's shocking that a fair number of people don't show any respect for the thread creator, because the fact is they are also the moderator of the thread and have the power to ban trouble makers with the touch of a button.

I personally have never been banned from a thread, because I show respect to the thread creator when I contribute and others should do the same, but some will never learn and will always cry about it after they have been banned instead of accepting that the were in the wrong.

It's a shame that you did not make this effort in your previous visits to my threads instead of copying and pasting segments with manipulate ideas trying to influence people into your way of thinking, because an individual opinion is always welcome when it's written in the way that you have written it on this thread.
