thats good to hear at least i know my gettin it off my chest can bennefit other people in different ways and by just talkin im helpin others, i suppose speech is the best helper of them all its some ting whats always gonna b there::peace:
iv often had chats wit younger lads who are not doin to good i just tell them off my expearences and whts down the road for them and the strange tis is they listen and tell me how much respect they hav for me over the way i hav me life back, but id c them the next day and they.d b out of it and i wonder did my little talk do any ting for them
never done AA OR NA im only 29 and im clean and sober 7 years just gave up smokin at xmas u make them meetins sound good il tink il go and hav a look im a bit tired of doin it on me own its not like i wanna relapse its just if theres help there i mays well c will it help me some way it might and it might not sure all i do is look at what i hav these days and a smile just comes on to my face
