People from everywhere talk on these forums. You may not necessarily want to date them, but you might be interested in what makes them tick. That's my thinking, anyway.
This is true, Serene. Back then you worked and made money otherwise you were socially isolated. Maybe that's the difference. So many options to connect these days.
Seriously though, I don't think our parents would have dreamed of letting us run off to god-knows-where doing god-knows-what when we were that young. Different times, I guess.
