I don't care what anyone thinks about me being on a site like this. I find it involves alot more than dating.

There are some awesome people on here, men and women.

I have made more friends than i have had dates lol.

I received flowers from a date and took them just as that. It was a real treat for me and i enjoyed them.

But i guess that's just me. Not everyone feels the same way.

I am a single mom and know how you feel. Men do the same thing as soon as they here i have 4 kids. I love my kids, they mean the world to me and if anyone wants anything to do with me, they have to accept my kids.

It's not easy being a single parent and it doesn't make it easier when people turn there noses up at you.

Thank you all for your input. I agree that it's his problem, i just have such a soft heart i hate to see anyone hurt. I did meet someone last night and it turned out greta. We are going to see each other again. Again thank you. It's nice to have this forum to voice my opinion and get feed back.

I met a guy on one of the sites i'm on. We talked on the phone and online for a week and it seemed like we really connected.

We went out for coffee on tuesday night.........there was no connection whatsoever. I felt really bad for him because he likes me alot, but i don't feel the same.

I was hoping we could stay friends but he's mad and won't talk to me.

I was in a 2 year relationship like that but it got worse, he hit me and threw me around. It is hard to trust someone again but you have to let the past be the past and go on with life.

Why do people lie on their profiles????????

I have joined a few online dating services and find that although they think they're telling the truth, they're actually lieing.

I have met a couple of men from one site and under smoking habits, it says occasionally, meanwhile they smoke like chimneys.


I am a smoker so I usually look for men that smoke but, I always put daily not occaisionally.

It may seem like a dumb question to some of you but to me, tell the damn truth for pete sake.
