No need to reduce carbohyrates much but avoid fat I would say...Also try to eat 6 times a day, 3 main courses and 3 snacks which should generally be fruits...Eat frequently but in less quantities so that your blood sugar stays stabilized and you do not feel hunger when the blood sugar drops
At the end of the day, if you are happy maybe not because the road you had taken made you happy but because you could take the risk and did whatever YOU wanted to do, I think it is what matters...

I agree with you unfortunately, for instance I myself find working with women really difficult cuz generally they are the ones who dont want you to go up or come to a better position than them in the workplace.
How is the approach of people in Ireland towards foreigners? Do you think they are friendly, In fact if they are all like you guys, they are perfect :)
