I live in a state that actually has a squirrel hunting season -- yes, the guys here kill & eat tree rodents. Guns are a way of life and men judge their manlihood by whether or not they have a gunrack in the cab of their pickup truck. I believe in our right to bear arms. It comes with a heavy price -- and I grieve for the victims of Virginia Tech. I'm now wondering, as with all things, is the price worth the right?
Thank you for putting it so succinctly. God does allow us to meet a few wrong people. I obviously haven't met the right one, but when I do, I'll know it. At our age, it allows us to know what we DON'T want, which is something we obviously didn't know in our 20s, or we wouldn't be in our 50s & single. 50 is the new 30! wordsmith53
