The Americans backed Isis in the beginning, training and supplying them with weapons. But now it's out of control and America don't know how to control them, but the Americans don't want to step in they would rather the Isis guys kill as many people in Iraqi and Syria as they possibly can. That's the plan of the yanks, when realistically America should be trying to regain the control of their central bank.
