hmmmm.... this looks sooooo much like the route to go home.... and at the same time, the blonde is having a conniption fit because she has noticed the sign saying QUEBEC 40 east.... how.....tell me how....going in a perrrrrfect straight line we end up turned around heading home!!!! guess what? we had to go through that tunnel again...for those of you that don't know that tunnel, it is camera equipped...soooooo on our second trip through it, we decided to smile and wave to allllll the cameras in the tunnel. Phew, we made it to the other side AGAIN... by this time, the rain had gotten sooooo bad, that we were looking for Noah's Ark, we really needed him by this point and a pair of ice skates...we finally arrived at our meeting point and for no reasons what's so ever did we want to get out of the car but we had to...we watched several pedestrians and cars just go sliiiiiding through the parking lot. Blonde and brunette look at each other and say, "we'll hold each other up" and you know what? we would have never made it alone LOL well, we walked tentavly oou 20 paces and made it indoors. What do you think we looked like...any guesses??? Let me tell you, we BOTH CURL...we looked like 2 Quebec french poodles... had coffees and when the waiter asked "anything else?" we asked for 2 towles...... guess what again?? we had to leave the restaurant because there was noooo more electricity ANYWHERE! Yup, we had to go back outside.,another 20 paces to our now thickly ICED covered car... you guessed it, we're drenched! Do we still wanna go partying at the bar??? NOPE!! but don't have a choice as it is my little brothers birthday. To make a looooong story short (like hell) we had a blast!
once on the highway and trying to remain on the road in between the two white lines because the brunette is laughing her fool head off... the journey is resumed, hopefully heading in the right direction this time...to our immense joy, we actually start recognizing landmarks, Yipeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!! To make this looooong story short, we got there! For a trip that was supposed to take only maximum 2.5 hours took us a total of 6 hours.........
Has anything like this happened to anyone here or is it really just us??
