Are factory and office workers being shot at?? Do they have to watch their backs and everyone elses? Do they not have a BED to sleep on? Do they not get at least 6 to 8 hours of sleep everynight? Do they not have family and friends around? Do they not have hot meals every day? Do they not have cold water to drink to quench their thirst? Do they not take a hot shower or bath everyday? Do they not have days off? AND THE LIST GOES ON
When a person chooses his course, there could be alot of reasons involved and not just lack of education or qualification.
My son was doing very well in the civilian world and didn't join for lack of any skills elsewhere. His reason for taking this course, he wants to do his part in helping the people in the world better themselves and to progress and taking the risk with his own life in doing this.
I can only relate my thoughts here as my son is also in the army and being shipped out to Afganistan in 8 days.
