It's the system inside the jails that fail to offer any kind if good rehabilitation programmes for prisoners and there are no programmes to support prisoners who do seem genuinely rehabilitated to adjust to life on the outside and ex cons find it difficult to gain employment and so they resort to what they know best ,
Can't generalise all murderers ,,some may appear rehabilitated to be released to read end again,

I lost a beautiful cousin who died at only 23 from Manchester ,he was brilliant on guitar and had just formed a ban,he didnt suffer with depression tho far from it he died of cancer of the the testicals that had spread ,if he had of gone in time he be alive today,

I wasn't going to go for the pysio ,but now it's paining me after just carrying a bag in my right hand it's affected my left shoulder ,just took another painkiller ,
Yep think ill go for the pysio up in the hospital ,
Think jjust have to wait fir it to get better ,not as bad as it first was but the pain goes to my neck when I do any kind of physical work,
Hood job I not working with the elderly at moment and clamping wheelchairs too as I wouldn't be able to do it,
Keep busey at home it's fine,
Oh yea they have a cycling day and other things for people with disabilities going on at loftus hall for fun day out and activities,
