Must have been a lover's dinner, you've been away for hours; or it was a casserole and you have been cleaning up (oops that would go with the other bit as well) I just under cooked some lamb chops, it is better than overcooking them but barbecuing in cool weather is hard to do. It's only November and I can't wait for March, one month in Puerto Vallarta where nobody cares how you cook things.
