Have you noticed though, that there's hardly any chance for most long-distance people to actually interact one with another? It's easy to be steadfast soulmates when literally nothing is on the wire. People close by are often much more shy and reserved because there suddenly is a very distinct possibility of meeting up with someone they contact, and dealing the all the joys, stresses, happiness, misery, fear and happiness that accompanies it.
You see, to me 'getting along' is really defined as two people who interact with each other over a period of time and develop a mutually held respect, maybe even felicity. It's not something that can be held in its full extent by people who have never met, never truly seen the other in action.
Well some people do, it depends on the person I suppose. But thanks! Seems like a fairly robust community I've stumbled onto here. I'm looking forward to navigating through its social currents. xD
Lol, aw well that's a shame! You guys should all just download dropbox, record your individual parts and then send them to me so I can align and compile them into complete songs. =D I've got a home studio with software that can handle and produce high quality songs with literally hundreds of tracks per song. It's the latest and greatest from Sonar, or it was several months ago at least. The Producer X2 edition, it's beast I tell you.
