Agreed, that explains why when a person truly captivates your heart the feelings that electrify your body from head to toe, are almost mind numbing and nothing else matters than to hold that person even if only for a second.
KN, I can't express enough in words how much you have touched my inner depth with such a wonderful heart felt compliment and wish of future happiness. You are with out a doubt equally deserving of the same happiness for being such a warm, tender and loving woman. In so much as we long for happiness, our destiny is an ever uphill climb to reach the summit, and in reaching that summit, the reward is life changing.
Greetings, you gave me a really chuckle with the part in parenthesis, so basically the moral of the story is, "Happy Wife, Happy Life" I have that engraved permanently in my psyche.
It is hard to accept reading/hearing past lives, at the same time it is those very experiences that make us who we are presently. I am happy for you KN, and that you have positive outlook and found happiness and security in yourself and the life you lead. Joyous outcomes are always the greatest, and they are a precursory to a wonderful future, for example if you some day meet the man that steals your heart and gives you his to keep forever. My dream of meeting the woman that does this for me is something I cherish each and every day I rise with the sun, and will never loose sight of it.
It doesn't really matter to me whether she smokes or not, that doesn't change her inner beauty or other attributes. This subject always gets s real rise out of people and always will. Regardless of opinions for or against, the only two people that it really matters to is the two that are beginning or in a relationship. Whether they smoke or not, it is their choice, and if they are not offending anyone by doing so, then it is completely a non-issue. In my opinion, I would rather be with a woman that smokes than a woman who is an alcoholic any day of the week. JMHO

My goodness, you are so right, as you age it does get harder. In all honesty and I am not ashamed to say that there have been nights laying in bed that I long to hold and cuddle with a woman so badly that it reaches a state of being emotional. Many say that they are just fine being alone and I commend them, and it has been said that a woman can be alone much easier than a man is able to. I have no proof of that, it is just what I have heard before from others in discussion. What I do know is that I don't enjoy being alone and being able to talk and be part of discussions here is a real joy that makes tings a little easier for me.
I agree KN, I also start to wonder how much of always hearing a negative view allows both women and men to say that the good ones are already taken or there are none left. Even in everyday life I hear it so often; it bothers me at times but it is what it is. Perhaps those in desperation compound the problem and it comes across in their demeanor or personality when around the opposite gender or in a mixed gathering.
I agree with Minnie, and have to add, that a woman well into her fifties can be drop dead gorgeous and able to get any man she so desires. Most women always try to look their greatest, much more than men ever try or care to. Speaking as a man, it is much the same, I being blessed with a very fast metabolism I have been able to maintain a 50"-52" chest and a 27"-28" waist along with the majority of my life career having been physical work in the construction industry. JMHO
