I'd say she is good at getting a team together to get things done but by the same token she should be acknowledging members of her team and giving praise where it's due.
If you're going to criticise the way people spell then you really should ensure your posts have no errors. I have seen a few apostrophes in the wrong places in a couple of your posts, also a full stop was entered in the wrong place.
Perhaps it would behove you to realise that not all people can spell correctly, even with a good education. Some people who suffer, or have suffered, from dyslexia include some very famous people. Are they still considered as thick simply because they couldn't spell?

lol..i had to deal with one of my staff lying this morning.....funny thing is she carried on sticking to her story after i showed her the proof of her lying.....until she got threatened with a warning.....lol
that led to me thinking about lying...and i was lied to by my ex a lot when we were together.....and i did tend to forgive him until one day i thought why am i putting up with this???.....some lies i cant forgive....but it does depend on the lie and the reasons the person had for lying
