Reminds of something Glenn Beck (a news guy on CNN) said when questioning a prominent american muslim last week. It was something like - How are we supposed to tell the whether you are a terrorist or not? He was serious!! It was like, hey Muslims. We whites have a problem now because we don't know whether you are good or bad. So what are we supposed to do!! That's why we're taking rights away and killing people, because what the heck else are we supposed to do?
The WTC attack killed around 3000. Over 50000 killed in the US alone in motor vehicle accidents. You do the math on which is more likely to get you killed.
The stupid war was never about terrorism anyway. If you believe that u fell hook, line and sinker for the republican propaganda. Kissenger, Albright, Herscg, you name it on either side, they've now confirmed what many of us knew from the beginning, it was about oil and power.
I understand the threat, but I'm not so scared and insecure that I would advocate invading a country, leaving over 1 million dead and up to 3 million as refugees. Your chances of be killed or hurt by a terrorist are so much lower than anything else you do in your life (i.e., driving a car, flying on a plane, crossing the dang street!) that I can only conclude that conservatives are lilly livered cowards. Grow a spine.
Sorry you republicans are so scared all the time tho. Wish there was something I could do for ya (i.e., Mitchell). Maybe some assertiveness training or something?
