I've been on training at work with things like 'Goals' and Investors in Excellence' where they emphasise the use of affirmations etc......I keep forgetting to use them, I start off using them then I wake up one morning and have found I've slept in and rushing about and forgotten to say them...then it goes from there....I'm lucky enough to have friends who know when I'm feeling blue or down....they are always around and if need be give me the kick up the a*&e I sometimes need to get me back up to speed, otherwise, I do it myself because I get fed up with being fed up (if that makes sense!)....
