Favorite flavor is maple walnut...as a kid it was chocolate chip I don't have it in the house...dangerous food to have on hand I have made it at home.....good stuff, can control what goes in it A small dish or cone costs average of $4.00 w tax
I had left over lentil casserole I made last weekend. Made with carrots, parsnips, onion, garlic, fresh gr beans, peas, mushrooms, zucchini cooked in a little olive oil..add some veg stock, basil or Italian seasoning and some cinnamon.. simmer, add lentils and then top with thin layer of smashed potatoes.
