I hate to ruin the party but I believe it's inappropriate to use children as 'Bait for a date'. These forums can be kind of gritty. Nom sain? Try a puppy.
I think that terms like 'no baggage' or 'I want a real man' or 'No drama please' are used by people to avoid putting a lot of biographical information about their past problems into a profile. Maybe they think that could turn some people off.
I do think that terms like 'baggage' can oversimplify a person's life and the major events of his/her life - which help to make them who and what they are.
Maybe a little more detail instead of these meaningless generalizations would help the cause.
