When I was in school and the classroom would be left unsupervised all hell would break loose (an all boys school). But then one lad would run in with a hushed warning "Mr So-an-so is coming" and everyone would sit up straight and pretend to be studiously reading. That's what it's like right now with the political classroom. They were running amok and looking forward to another free class of pillaging and mayhem. But then the word went out- "Trump is coming" and not they are such well behaved children. Oh no, they didn't mean it when they said 'never Trump'. No, they didn't really intend to push those trade deals throught..... HA HA
Great. So if you 'heard it today' you must have a link to it. Please share the link. There is no need to tire your mind trying to paraphrase him when we can all 'hear' it
I'm not the civil sort by nature. My natural inclination is to drink toasts from the skulls of my enemies but .... that's a bit frowned on in this culture. Wow, the world really has gone to pot
Since you were trying to shame someone else for their lack of linguistic competence in English I though you yourself would like to be judged by the same standard. To expect otherwise would be hypocritical and although that would make a good accompaniment for your consistently snarky comments I thought it a shame not to offer you the opportunity to look less like a shrew ... than you do
It's 'American citizenship' not 'an American citizenship' and there's no need for a comma after the would could. The portion in commas is grammatically incorrect but I'm afraid that would be the advanced class. First, stick to the basics
"Mexican cartels, which control most of the cocaine and methamphetamine smuggled into the United States, bring an estimated $25 billion to $40 billion into Mexico from their global operations every year.
To put that in perspective: Mexico probably made more money in 2009 moving drugs than it did exporting oil, its single biggest legitimate foreign currency earner."
