not letting go of the X.
judging all by whats happened to you.
not being able to trust anyone again because youv been cheated on 2 many time...
things thats happened to you when a kid that you cant let go of
not know how to have fun and enjoy life cuz your to affraid to get hurt
taking all your fears with you on a first date
letting your friends and family control your life
comparing every guy or gal to the last one you were with
self pitty...cuz life is not what you thought it was going to be


baggage is all the crap that is still in your head and heart that you have not let go of...and you take it all with you on a date............or carry it into a relationship....one needs to :
FORGIVE AND FORGET.......move on...sort our your baggage...downsize into a small carry on......become a new you and a happer you...love your self...and BOOYA...Bam...next thing you know...your meeting someone...and they are loving how fun and adventrious you are............................

Who the hell cares about all your spilt milk...youll have plenty of time to cry about it when your dead and 6 feet under...looking up at all the others having fun...falling in love,getting some,playing hockey,living their lives to the fullest................

we can sit and cry over all our crap...and let our past control oour lives......OR...........we can let go...move on......take our control back and start to live again....OMFG jump out of that plane,climb that mountain,race that car,date that hot guy,date that hot girl,dance naked in your kitchen,ski down that mountain,hit that
boxing bag.........do anything except feel sorry for yourself.........................

schooling # one...RED FLAGS...they work for men as well...this is a red flag for you...or it should be...red flags are things that make you go hmmmmmmmmmm...that little voice inside of you...that keeps telling you things you dont want to hear or know...listen to it

I have a buddy that I bike with...as well as a few of my gal pals...we found out that he lives with a woman...now this is after 1/2 a yr...he kept telling us he had a gf but that she was away....then one day we asked about her again...(why have we never met your GF?) he finally told us.....she would be so very jealous of you guys and the fact that im out riding bikes and playing pool with other gals.........

We told him...that by him keeping us a secert from her...is the reason why she is finding it hard to TRUST him So what did us gals do...without warning...we called him up one day...said we were going for a ride...we told him to meet us at 2pm that day...so we desided to go to his place at 1pm to meet him...yip we went an hr early...so we could meet his GF...we all pulled into his driveway...there was af ew guys with us as well.........he was out side pulling his bike out of his shop...she was with him...this was the very first time...that she had met any of his bike friends...even the guys.........we all could see by the look on her face.... that she was floored.......................days later we found out that she finally left him... because if there was no trust...in their relationship...then what was left????

If someone is keeping the fact that they have people they hangout with,and they dont want you to know anything about them...........red flag...there is a reason....come right out and ask...........
