If you live in CND you have only two choices. Except the weather it offers and all its beauty or leave. Besides without weather we wouldn't have any thing to complain about, which canadians seem to do excetionaly well. I think it is inborn.

I do silly things like build snowmen and make snow angles or throw snowballs with the kids. I understand depression. I simply refuse now to let it grab me by the throat and try to strangle me. You must be , inwardly, a strong person capable of dealing when things get tough. Its a pleasure to meet you.
I live in a place where the winter nights are long...long. Depression is a ghostly thing that haunts us northerners but somehow we manage to survive and welcome the spring. It helps to look in the mirror and smile at yourself now and then.
