RE: Weather

If you live in CND you have only two choices. Except the weather it offers and all its beauty or leave. Besides without weather we wouldn't have any thing to complain about, which canadians seem to do excetionaly well. I think it is inborn.

I have so, but can't remember where. The thing about polar bears is you can't see or hear them coming. They are the best hunters in the world. Perfect camoflage and silent walkers.

I have seen one, live and in the wild. You have every right to fear them. They can be mean and they are always hungry and to then meat is meat.

If some one can say "Just pull yourself together" then they have never truly been depressed or won't admit it.

I do silly things like build snowmen and make snow angles or throw snowballs with the kids. I understand depression. I simply refuse now to let it grab me by the throat and try to strangle me.
You must be , inwardly, a strong person capable of dealing when things get tough.
Its a pleasure to meet you.

sorry. I didn't mean to be flipant. I simply do find it simple.
Maybe I've been here too long and don't realize the effects.

heeeellllooooo

Is anybody out there?

night

I live in a place where the winter nights are long...long. Depression is a ghostly thing that haunts us northerners but somehow we manage to survive and welcome the spring. It helps to look in the mirror and smile at yourself now and then.
