The side effects of sunlight can have as many detriments. A good solid attitude and understanding can thwart the detriments of the night. One only needs twenty minutes of sun light a day to obtain Vit D
It seems most people perfer the daylight over night. I wonder why. Most of the exciting things happen after the sun goes down. The high north must be very exciting given the long, long nights.
winter has reared its icy head in these northern climes ans not shall we feel the warmth of the sun again until spring. Time to hebernate with the bears and squirrels and badgers. Ain't it great to be Canadian.
