Ok i used to work with a collage professor on a research project to do with the effects on global warming on local fauna/flora in the area untill the project was finished. Nowadays im just studying to get my degree s i can conduct my own projects and the like.
I think a nice picknic would be sweet!, neveer really been on one, one in the park/botanical gardens or at teh beach with a nice wine and good food.......damn i can almost picture it now....
We should make hats/caps/badges and the like with the words "procrastinators unite".......but that involves effort and anything that involves effort is best done the day after today.
I collect books on the works of some of the most famous philosophers,Plato,Aristotle,Herodotus,Socrates. Some of which are at least 120 years old. I have no idear how much they are wortj but either way i wouldn't sell them as i love philosophy and their a part of me
I also find it rather difficult to beleive that its the Devil that makes us do bad things.....im more inclined to think that people do bad things to others because they choose to do so. Another thing i don't get...if God has all this power then he sure is capable of ending all pain and suffering in this world...so why dosn't he?
If you ask me the only ones who can put an end to all the pain and suffering in the world is us,we are the only ones for whom we can look to to save ourselves. Anyways thats just my oppinion
To be honest Sweetangel20 im not to sure, i think it has to do with the whole maturity thing if you ask me or with what Easygoingguy said about them being "scared sh@$less" about where it would lead to.
If someone was interested in you for you then they would realise that your child comes first and would respect that,weither it be an outing with that significant other, if you can't get someone to look after your child then a picknic with all three would be an option, it allows the other party to get to know the child as well. All in all i think younger guy's are just generally scared of dating someone with a child because it might involve them in being "family" orrientated when they still wish to have "fun". Not all guys are like that there are some out there who love children and really wouldn't mind if you had them or not, they may be a little hard to find but they are there.
I beleive that if you follow your heart and mind and that happens to lead you to someone who is younger or older then yourself then it was ment to be. Personally i would much rather date someone who is close to my age or older then myself, i tentd to relate to older people better then those who are younger then myself, especially when it comes to conversations and maturity.
Ah...i don't know about being well disciplined there Lou, i kinda left it to the last minute as my holidays are finished on monday and its due on tuesday and ive been doiing anything but assesments and the like these holidays, more then likely will be the same next holidays as well lol.
Funily enough though i seem to work better when im rushed
I do beleive that most people at one point in time judge only by what they see but it gradually decreases as people become more mature with age and see people for who they really are. I myself cannot and will not judge another person by simply how they look, it just seems wrong to me. I prefer to see the person for whom they really are, weither they have a dissability or not. Reguardless of weither the person in question has a dissability or not dosn't mean that their heart,mind or soul are damaged, they remain intact and if you can see that then looks and whatnot shouldn't matter,it's whats inside that counts.
I second that...if someone showed me some real proof of his existance and not some writeing in some book/ bleeding statues and what not i will eat my hat
I couldn't agree more, i beleive that theres a place that we go and are somewhat but not quite sure what or where. I do on the other hand beleive in reincarnation and the immortality of the soul.
This is a question i have asked myself time and time again. At one time in my life i used to beleive that God existed,whent to church,prayed but eventually i started to question alot of things likke why do's God allow humanity...his children to suffer?, i have asked this question time and time again and came up with no answer. I don't beleive in God any more but i still have great respect for those who do and wouldn't dream in interfearing with their beleifs. Anyways whats every bodies take on this?
A few good friends and perhaps that special somoene but unfortunantly i've been jerked around by a few members on this site who arnt the nice people they claimed to be so now im just sticking to looking for friendship...thats pretty much it for me......oh and yes i have met some very nic people on here
I think i would still prefer to be with someone who is mature to someone who is more good looking/younger..i've lost count of how many people younger then myself cannot even hold a decent conversation and it really dose get boring when your talking to someone when all you get as a responce like "ok or yea/no etc". I have a few people i've met on many different dating sites on my conntact lists and it dosnt take long for them to get deleted of my contasct list for being unable to hold a decent conversation. At the same time i have people who are around the same age and older then myself for whom i can have a decent conversation with which is cool but thats just my oppinion.
I can gaurantee you that when im 55 i certaintly woun't be with someone who is 18yrs old, id like to be able to be with someone who can hold a decent conversation all the time and not just answer with one word phraises.
