According to my understanding and experience from life in a global city there are three common rules which have to be kept in order to maintain social balance in the town. We must keep the environment clean. We must be sensible to crime and report unacceptable behavior in order to reduce it. We must follow the law and regulations of the local authority in the city.
The modern human being is often unhappy and unsatisfied by his materialistic worship but if you ask someone a simple question such as “Why do you keep doing this even if you are not happy” he would reply that the city gives them development and evolution, the price of which is happiness. But the citizen has some rules that he has to follow to be responsible and to be a good user of this eternity.
The city is one of the biggest circles of life. The modern person explores the economy of the city by traveling from one location to another searching for new business opportunities. In collaboration of that people develop their careers and lives by being part of the globalisation of a common lifestyle which consists everyday features such as pollution, traffic jams, rushing people and of course crime .
