Bulgarians have always been a little insecure as to their belonging to Europe. They do not, of course, forget that geographically their country is part of Europe, but they are not sure about their values.
Meant that this is a place where people from all over the world can contact each other, to share information and thoughts, to find a new friend. It looks simple and friendly way to socialize but sometimes the it hides in itself bad things.The person from the other side can use the information that you give in some way to offend you.
