Our own feelings... That makes several ways to define when we can call it love. A sweet person on here wrote me that love is a like a long illness. I agree on this. When I love I feel like ill because it makes my heart suffer in a way. Differently than when I hurt my body, but it suffers anyway.

In love, that crazy mixed up giddy scared excited conglomeration of feelings, has happened to me a few times. Having that turn into something more, a warm comforting happy to be with you feeling, well I've had that less, but still, it doesn't have to be forever to be real. Love is love, it's all real. For all it's ups and downs, it's still worth it.

I too sometimes feel this way Ship.
As I age I at times wonder if instead of holding out and hopeing to draw r the "love" card. I should go for the compatibility and convenience card instead.
