We might as well be smoking Wacky tabacky (pot) if we have to hide in the bushes..... The things we have to hide or do for the simple pleasures in life.....
Well the State of California seems to have started this whole thing in the states (I could be wrong) with the health conscious and the research on second hand smoke. I believe we were one of the first states that banned smoking in resturants and then it went to bars. and keeps progressing...Now the remainder of the states are moving in that direction. I travel to the East coast quite a bit and when there it is very odd to be able to smoke in a bar or restuarnt there...., they still had designated sections for smokers. However I believe here real soon the remainder of this country is moving in this direction..
As for the cities within each state, some have made designated smoking sections for people and others are just trying to controll the whole thing way to much...... The cities are starting to fine people if they break these rules.... Right now you can not smoke within 20 feet of any doorway into a building......You can see were this is leading.......
As I sit here on my Patio and smoke a cig with a cup of coffee.... Here In california they want to take it even further,,,, Some citys have band smoking anywhere in public which includes outside in the city streets......Thats just ubsurd....

Well the parties over for me.... Need to go do a few things and I have a full day tomorrow.... Then Sunday need to start packing for VACATIONNNNNNNNN Wooooo Hoooooooo, Fun in the Sun.....
