did not increase my excersice either.... just the regular floor excercises I do at home.... Thansk everyone... only 7 more lbs to go,,,

its not necessarilly eating more.... but eating more often to stabilize blood sugars.... more protein less carbs

It works when you do the small meals... I have 6 meals a day.... no more than 120 calories in 5 of those meals..... eat every 2 - 3 hours.... I have lost 13 lbs in 3 weeks.....yay
