They neither appreciate nor understand the power of language. People think the way they write. You can eliminate a lot of people from your list by the way they write. Their writing tells you how they think. If they don't care how words are spelled, and more importantly, used, you can dismiss them quickly.
DKC, I hear you loud and clear. I've taken a lot of different drugs, trying to find something that works. Your description is top-notch. I really relate with how you feel. I can't offer any answers. I feel the same way you do. I'm still breathing, but I'm already dead. I'm not trying to encourage you to commit suicide, but I've had a few friends do so. I know what it feels like to contemplate suicide.
I just wanted you to know I understant how you feel. If you want to talk to me at any time, feel free to.
Because I'm reclusive, and have been for almost 13 years, I crave the company of others, but on the very rare occasion that I find myself in a social situation, after 15 minutes or so, I'm ready to leave; however I seldom leave my apartment unless I have to do laundry, go to the grocery store, etc. I miss socializing like I did when I was younger, but my mind has gotten the better of me.
I'd love to create a lasting relationship with someone who lives separately from me, but I don't think I'm able to handle a relationship any longer.
