However, according to 800 pages-worth of never-before-seen documents published by John Greenewald’s Black Vault website late last week, Project MKULTRA’s ‘research’ went much further. The documents show, for example, that the project included elaborate experimentation on ‘remote-controlled dogs’, who were surgically implanted with devices which sent electrical signals to their brains to control their movement at distances for up to 200 yards. “The specific aim of the research program was to examine the possibility of controlling the behavior of a dog, in an open field, by means of remotely triggering electrical stimulation of the brain,” one document explains.
After the surgery to control the mind of a dog, the CIA states that the gruesome side effects could be “infection at the electrode site due to a failure of the surgical wound to heal.” Newsweek reported that after trying out a plastic helmet, government scientists instead settled on the new surgical technique that involved, “embedding the electrode entirely within a mound of dental cement on the skull and running the leads subcutaneously to a point between the shoulder blades, where the leads are brought to the surface and affixed to a standard dog harness.”
Once the surgeons implanted the electrodes deep in the subject dog’s brain, a battery pack and stimulator was added to the harness, through which signals could be sent to the electrodes. “The stimulator had to be reliable and capable of sufficient voltage output to be usable in the face of expected impedance variation across individual dogs.” Another of the documents revealed perhaps even more disturbing new details on the use of experimental mind control drugs on unwilling human beings, suggesting experimenting with the use of such drugs on inmates in prison hospitals and drugging suspected criminals awaiting trial. Yet another document details experimentation with hypnotic speaking techniques to enable mind control over “large audiences.” This is known as neurolingistic programming and it has been used many times by politicians, cult leaders, and salesmen. It can be said that many of us are quite possibly victims of mass programming. We could all be part of an experiment that has been brought forward to program all of us to do the bidding of many masters –and this is only the beginning. Neil de Grasse Tyson feels similarly, putting our odds of living in a simulation at around 50/50. There was only one problem with trying to imitate the holy act of creation, and that was the being that was created, the Golem, had no soul. Ordinary anger can be sharpened, manipulated, and misdirected and it is difficult for many people to resist the temptation of rage and wrath during the holidays. Under certain conditions, the emotion can transform from a force that helps keep society knitted together into something that tears it apart. Left unchecked it can open you up to many things you thought your soul was immune from. Ordinary anger can deepen, under the right circumstances, into moral indignation which is a more incendiary form of the emotion, though one that can still be a powerful force for good. If moral indignation persists, however, and if the indignant lose faith that their anger is being heard — it can produce a third type of anger: a desire for revenge against our enemies where we believe n inflicting punishment over reaching an agreement. If we can understand anger’s mechanisms, we might find a way to turn our indignation back into strength. If we are able to draw from that which is humble and beautiful about Christmas, we can embrace the warmth and the light that can tranquilize even the strongest of demonic influences.

If you open the Bible to Isaiah 57:5, you read about the ancients placing idols of worship under a tree: “You burn with lust among the oaks and under every spreading tree; you sacrifice your children in the ravines and under the overhanging crags.” In the tenth chapter of Jeremiah, we can also see that the decoration of trees was a custom that happened before Christmas: “For the customs of the peoples is vanity. A tree from the forest is cut down and worked with an axe by the hands of a craftsman. They decorate it with silver and gold; they fasten it with hammer and nails so that it cannot move.” It is a religious right to have an overabundance of vanity and pride I guess, and when you see the frenzied looks on the faces of shoppers on Black Friday – wrath seems to be the way to describe such activity. You haven’t seen wrath until you’ve seen a dad who missed out on the last must-have toy on the shelf to some over-aggressive grandmother. Now, is it any wonder that this time of the year is a time where most people feel they are possessed by some dark and depressing force that feels like it is from the devil? Belief in demonic possession is widespread in the United States today.
Polls conducted in recent decades by Gallup and the data firm, YouGov, suggest that roughly half of Americans believe demonic possession is real. The percentage who believes in the devil is even higher, and in fact has been growing: Gallup polls show that the number rose from 55 percent in 1990 to 70 percent in 2007. Commercials encouraging even little children to beg for impossible toys. Greed is everywhere this holiday season. Some people can afford more than others. The nice things on TV or on the shelves that only a few can afford to encourage huge amounts of envy. It’s a fact of life, but in the Christmas season, it gets rubbed in the face of the have-nots. This is where we see the coveting aspects of greed possessing people and driving them to anger.
Christmas also can bring about the gluttonous among us. Who hasn’t gone to a Christmas party and come home drunk, stuffed, or both? It happens to most of us several times over the Christmas season. To a lesser degree, Christmas fuels sloth, pride, and lust as well. Christmas is a day when people do not go to work, and many take the day to do nothing. Sure, there are others hosting their family’s Christmases, but I’m talking about the people who open gifts in the morning, then do nothing else for the rest of the day. Not to mention all those gluttons sleeping off their excess. So much of Christmas is about excess: showing off with huge ornate Christmas trees parties and lights, buying expensive gifts to prove you can. Lately, I laugh out loud at the news stories of people who wish to protest homes that have so many Christmas lights you can see it from the International space station. What is even funnier is the reason why these “Light bearers” put up so many lights in the first place, they claim it is their religious right. But cracking open a bible you see that these images of light and trees with symbolic bangles may not be what God intended.
For the past fews days black people in Lebanon County, Pa., who don't hate being black nor is watchdogs agains their own racde by white supremacists, have been targeted by each and every white supremacist in the region. Others were following them taking photos of their license plate numbers in hopes of gathering information on them, and by using blank debit cards purchased at drug stores, they were able to place money onto the card and pay for access into the lives of those poor people. One reason why I, along with 19 othern associates gathering intel on Pennsylvania, is becausse leaks have come from white supremacists claimning that they are about to start bloody attacks on blacks and latinos not long after Democrats takeover Congress. Right now foreign muslims of several mosques are trying to stay out of it until the battle begins. Then they will carry out attacks once the population is lowered. This was revealed in both Farsi and Hindi within the past two weeks.
After I submitted the article entitled, "DEMOCRATS, REPUBLICANS, AND OTHERS PLAN TO REPLACE AMERICANS WITH IMMIGRANTS", It was revealed that many euro-americans in Palmyra, Annville, and Lebanon, Pa., targeted blacks and latinos, keeping very close detailed documentation on them. The information was submitted to some law enforcement secretly, along with a few military service members. And according to parties working for Verizon Wireless, along with various residents of Palmyra and Annville, it was revealed that black helicopters were sweeping Verizon Towers white others were using Sonar technology which can peer inside homes. Those involved with the covert operations will probably lie about it because this is what they do. But just like every major city in the U.S. where parties waste tax payers money by using helicopters to spy on black and latino people, Lebanon County, Pa., like other neighboring towns, is experimental terrain where residents are being used like guinea pigs or rats.
Earlier in the story, Scrooge mentioned that he supports prisons and workhouses, believing that anyone badly off financially should go there. Should any of them rather die, Scrooge believed that “they had better do it and decrease the surplus population”. Are the homeless Black Eyed Children a tulpa or thought form that is warning us of an evil future where the surplus population will be culled because they are impoverished? Many associate evil with the lack of joy, or a time of suffering. Many consider their suffering to be an affront to them, but to others, it is becoming more apparent that human suffering on a larger scale is accepted as a part of life. If we see someone else suffer we breathe a sigh of relief and decide collectively that it is best that they suffer and die so that we do not have to. Waiting in the darkness are the heartbeats and eyes of a darker and ominous threat that remains unseen but is felt, much like a wind of death waiting for you to open your door. A hole opens up in the heavens, and the sun darkens as the enemy descends upon the earth. Draped and hooded with pale skin, they appear at your bedside watching and waiting for the moment to strike.
Their screams are heard only for that split second as your last breath is drawn and their dark eyes reflect your terrified visage. In another incident, Transit Police in Portland had to investigate what sounded like a paranormal attack at a Max train station. Police say a man randomly attacked a group of people at the train stop. One of the victims named Heather said to the police that the assailant struck her as being non-human. “I saw his eyes and something wasn’t right. He seemed unhuman, unemotional,” explained Heather. “There was nothing in his eyes like you could see right through him. It was stone cold.” Once again it was an event that sounded like an encounter with someone who had black eyes. Back in 2012, author David Weatherly actually wrote a book chronicling the appearances of these black eyed creatures. He then released a revised edition much later.

According to reporter Stephen Wagner, there was a report of a young man trying to get an apartment in Portland and asked manager named Tee if she could come in and speak. “He was young boy of about 17 or 18, approximately,” Tee says. “He asked me about an open apartment for rent. I remember feeling very scared and shaken by his appearance. He did not look weird by his dress or such. It was his eyes. I remember feeling the hair on my neck stand up, and I was shaking just from looking in his eyes.” “I could not look him straight in the eyes,” she says. “I felt like I was about to die.
According to the Black Vault report, there was a story about another appearance of the Black Eyed Children in Portland. In August of 2000, an unnamed man posted in the Black Vault about an experience he had with the black eyed kids. He said it happened on NW Glisan in Portland Oregon at a hostel at about 2:30 in the morning. At about 2:30 AM, he and his girlfriend suddenly realized that there was no more beer left and no one wanted to call it a night yet. His girlfriend reminded him that he had bought a couple of bottles of Pinot Noir from a little place called the City Market earlier in the day, but they were still in the trunk of her car. He took the keys and went to the car to get the wine. There was a misty rain falling and the car had been parked far down the block. As he opened the trunk to get the wine he heard a young voice say “hey mister”- the witness commented that he was scared to death. He looked and saw a young kid in a hooded sweatshirt with blue jeans standing in the rain.
That the tales of DNA sequencing, hybrid cloning, genetic modification and various other stories of alien hybrid doppelgangers are appearing now, in various television documentaries. It has always been feared that genetic modification, transhuman tinkering, and the so-called hybridization of humans from an alien intelligence can create potential extinction level destruction of our species; namely, a modified human replacing a regular human being. In this book we find that “woman does not issue from a rib of Adam; she is not called Eve; she does not disobey; there is no question of sin.” These notions would obviously not sit well with those who insist that the path to salvation is to go to their church every week. What is perhaps even more profound in the Cipher is a totally different interpretation of man’s origin and purpose. In this book it, is the Elohim that came down and spread their seed to ancient inhabitants of the planet.

The Red Cross and the Salvation Army got involved. prior to them getting involved, many blacks were donating clothes and funds to the many displaced families and unfortunately, once the Salvation Army and the Red Cross took over, thaose donations (clothes and money) became part of the system. The clothes, even though they were specifically donated for the displaced families is being placed in the Salvation Army store. there has been a price placed on the items and displaced families must get vouchers immediately in order to get some of the clothes. But once clothes are placed on racks for sales distribution, its always first come first served. And there is a chance that none of those displaced individuals will get the articles specifically donated just for them. But those evil organizations will never be found guilty of rackateering or money laundering either.

Disaster victim identification can be performed in several traditional ways, like the physical identification of documents, jewelry and other belongings. Until recently, in the vast majority of cases, traditional methods were used for disaster victim identification, while DNA-typing played a supporting role or was the last resort when other methods failed. Currently, disaster victim identification is based mainly on molecular methodology, which is considered to be the most effective approach in victim identification, both in small-scale disasters and in mass-casualty events. It is a terrifying thought of being in a major disaster where the identification of the casualties has to be conducted on a DNA or molecular level. Not since the 911 attacks have we had to resort to nontraditional methods of disaster victim identification—the California wildfires provided a reason for something known as the mandatory DNA database.
The idea of the government having access to every citizen’s DNA might sound like an Orwellian nightmare, but recent events suggest we’re not far from this being the ground truth. The government is investigating the possibility of a universal genetic database that would contain only the limited genetic information; likely, a small subset of genetic markers with little medical relevance required for forensic identification. It is being sold that such a registry would remove the bias associated with current collection methods, they say, as well as preventing the exposure of sensitive genetic information not relevant to law enforcement. The government claims it can reduce well-documented reluctance to share useful genetic information among certain groups, particularly non-white ones already under-represented in biomedical research. And limiting the scope of genetic records accessible by the government should also help head off concerns about Gattaca-esque genetic discrimination.
Rapid DNA is a term for portable devices that can identify someone’s genetic material in hours, rather than days or weeks and more extensive equipment it can take to test samples in labs. A 2017 federal law provided a framework for police to use rapid DNA technology when booking suspects in criminal investigations, and some medical examiners have started using it to identify the dead or are weighing deploying it in disasters. There are still the old school ways of identifying the dead but rapid sampling and a DNA data base is being proposed for events that include megadeath scenarios where a calamity plague or a disaster kills a large number of human beings and disfigures them beyond recognition. The environmental conditions of a mass disaster often result in severe fragmentation, decomposition and intermixing of the remains of victims.
In such cases, traditional identification based on the anthropological and physical characteristics of the victims is frequently inconclusive. This is the reason why DNA profiling and DNA data bases will have to be set up and required for victim identification in mass-casualty incidents (MCIs) or any forensic cases where human remains are highly fragmented and/or degraded beyond recognition. There is no harm in joining together the conservative and progressive forms of patriotism, because what it suggests is that progress toward justice involves vindicating rather than repudiating our founding principles. We shouldn’t forget this and we should always know what our founding principles mean to us – and not conveniently cherry pick amendments of the Constitution that need to be excised or adhered to, based on cognitive bias. Visions of patriotism taken from our common national memory could be the answer to the riddle of how we can unify again. We always talk about the good old days and how things were, well, we can draw from that age-old patriotic unity that within our differences we remained United in the idea that we as Americans are quite a unique breed. It could help counteract our tendency to think of our political opponents as speaking from outside the American tradition. We need to stop seeing differences of opinion as a threat when they should be seen as a reason for citizens to be engaged. A love of country rooted in national memory would give us the opportunity to draw some good out of the ways in which we are now divided over patriotism.
Holidays like Veterans Day draw from national memory and we equally thank the men and women who have served and died to uphold the values and freedoms that this nation has struggled to hold on to. The Fourth of July harkens back to national memory. It is a time where we all have family barbecues, go to baseball games, and light fireworks.

It is good for all of us to be reminded of the ideals America was born to embody, of the fact that it could stand to embody them more fully, of the fact that all these ideals can be embodied at the same time, and of the simple reality that America is not itself an ideal but a real nation with real people that need to borrow from the well of national memory in order to become united again.
Falling for the divisiveness of the fragmented groups will leave us unable to be immune to the proposed state socialist move into world government. When everyone is outraged, we lose sight of who we are as a united front. The real grievances lose their meaning, and the endless outrage becomes, objectively, immoral. Protests can and will be much more violent and widespread and we in the United States should be taking sedition, insurrection, and possible coups as seriously as they do in other countries. We have not seen the last of the violence from those who feel that their rights and sovereignty are being infringed upon. Smartphones and social media are supposed to make organizing easier, and activists today speak more about numbers and reach than about lasting results. Is protest a productive use of our political attention? Or is it just a bit of social theatre we perform to make ourselves feel virtuous, useful, and in the right? If we look at the protests today as an exercise in public awareness, they appear to have no impact at all. Their messages are mangled by an unsympathetic public angered by images of property destruction, assuming that the media even acknowledge a form of contention that has become increasingly repetitive and boring. The United States of America is as divided as it has been for at least 100 years. The two major parties disagree on whether or not certain problems even exist, and most voters vote not in support of their candidate, but in opposition to the opposing one. It can seem like the regions of the country are acting like nations that fight and yet here we are all together in a bordered gulag where the prisoners do not want to unite over anything. We are conflicted along lines of party, region, education and class — and these divisions have left us with a broken political system. We all love our country, but we can’t even agree on why and how to love it.
