TwiceI have dated men who were atleast 5 - 10 years older than in thier profiles….found out because one showed me his drivers license and the other one told me straight out...….each had 2 dates, then that was the end of that. I'd rather be hurt by the truth, than to be comforted with a lie
Arthur: I'm just mentioning experiences some friends of mine…...newly divorced etc. have told me about. Thanks for the advice I've been dating online off and on over the years, so I know how it can be….the online dating "scene" is famous for men/women who hide behing fake profiles etc., preying on people who sometimes are desperately seeking true love.
I've heard from a few friends their troubles in finding a partner around our age on dating sites, they said it's mostly because of our age. Are all older mature men only interested in dating much younger women, is there still a chance for us mature older women, or as one friend suggested…...should we all lie about our age and post photos from when we were 10 - 15 years younger, in order to attract mature older men? Are mature men afraid of us mature women, because most of us are "set" in our ways?
