Oh I forgot to mention you can set the compatibility to other versions of Windows to run your apps. Install the software if you can then right click the icon and select the compatibility Tab set to XP. Also so apps need to have administrator access so right click before running and select 'Run as Administrator'

If you can't install due to installer saying not supported, simply locate the installer (setup.exe) for the application right click and set compatibility to XP also before running use the Run as Administrator.

There is a gimp version for Vista google Gimp for windows,

Here are a couple more I recommend:

1. Ubuntu Linux - Everything is free (I use it as a dual boot with Vista)
2. AntiVir
3. SpyBot S&D
4. Gimp for Windows
5. Open Office for Windows


Just google the above and you are all set.


Internet connection:
Question: do you have wireless or cabled (Fixed cable to router). Normally Vista will detect a close by connection be it yours or your neighbours You will need to talk to your Internet Provider and they can help you setup connection, There is a place called NetWork Connections in the control panel,
Vista won't connect to XP auto you have to do some configuration. Talk to where you purchased the LapTop on how to configure.

Due to the large number of request to join on a quest of Keith's I had to cancel going as the large amount of requests of 0 would have made me had to choose myself. If I choose myself I would be right back where I started

Come to think of it I am right back where I started.

Hi All,
Names David and I'm single, ah that feels better like a great weight lifted. About me:
Well I enjoy walks by the lake and have often been seen at places like 2020 on rare occasions (very rare ok maybe twice this year). Looking for someone to share a friendship first and see where that goes.

Don't like meeting woman in bars as it is not until they have had a few do I get noticed, seems I get better looking as the night goes on. Decided to join POF deleted myself from there in record time due to well it just being a little too weird for me.
I am going to expand to single dances as for some unknown reason sober women think I'm with someone (still trying to figure that out)?
So right now due to a decision I made I do not drive (yes that means I use public transport) however I can still drive and should the I need a car I will be happy to get one. Ok maybe I am planning been looking around thinking that maybe I should until I look at the price of gas, then I change my mind. So if your in my neighborhood and looking for a funny guy (as in ha ha) drop me a line!
My photos as recent as last week so that is the package WYSIWYG. Be warned I do like to have fun although I can't dance I am willing to get up there and give it my best shot!


So let me know if there are any events in my local area to which public transport can get me there and no that does not include planes :-)
