RE: Guys who cook - what special meal would you prepare to impress that special someone on a first date

Well I guess it would depend on whether they are vegan, vegetarian or a meat eater. I only eat Kosher and veggie so it would be one of the two.

I love to cook and I wont boast but I am a good cook. I often cook on the first date and it always works (many more dates I mean).

I can cook a variety of dishes from different continents and it will not make youbarf

When it comes to baking crying I will leave that to the lady, otherwise it spells disaster.

"Charles Dawson, a British lawyer and amateur geologist announced in 1912 his discovery of pieces of a human skull and an apelike jaw in a gravel pit near the town of Piltdown, England . . . Dawson's announcement stopped the scorn cold. Experts instantly declared Piltdown Man (estimated to be 300,000 to one million years old), the evolutionary find of the century. Darwin's missing link had been identified. Or so it seemed for the next 40 or so years. Then, in the early fifties . . . scientists began to suspect misattribution. In 1953, that suspicion gave way to a full-blown scandal: Piltdown Man was a hoax . . . tests proved that its skull belonged to a 600-year-old woman, and its jaw to a 500-year-old orangutan from the East Indies." Our Times--the Illustrated History of the 20th Century (Turner Publishing, 1995, page 94).

Science Fiction
The Piltdown Man fraud wasn't an isolated incident. The famed "Nebraska Man" was built from one tooth, which was later found to be the tooth of an extinct pig. "Java Man" was found in the early 20th Century, and was nothing more than a piece of skull, a fragment of a thigh bone and three molar teeth. The rest came from the deeply fertile imaginations of plaster of Paris workers. "Heidelberg Man" came from a jawbone, a large chin section and a few teeth. Most scientists reject the jawbone because it's similar to that of modem man. Still, many evolutionists believe that he's 250,000 years old. No doubt they pinpointed his birthday with good old carbon dating. Now there's reliable proof. Not according to Time magazine (June 11, 1990). They published an article in the science section that was subtitled, "Geologists show that carbon dating can be way off." Don't look to "Neanderthal Man" either. At the Int'l Congress of Zoology (1958), Dr A.J.E. Cave said his examination showed that this famous skeleton found in France, is that of an old man who suffered from arthritis.

Like I say do a search or maybe if you come from an ape you are not evolved enough to do that. On the contrary I do not drivel and I am certainly not misinformed.

RE: Do you believe in interracial relationships?

Its not a matter of whether you believe in it because they are matter of factlaugh

I am mixed race, got Semitic, Ghanaian, English and Scandanavian in me so I do not think I can generalise. My daughter is mixed race she is gorgeous. It sometimes gets me smiles from women, I love taking her outrolling on the floor laughing

My choice of women, Black, White, Eastern European, Latino...... actually so long as her birth certificate says she is a woman and she is attracted to me then that is my choice of a woman.

Hole! do you mean Whole? Actually one of the reasons they are doing the big bang experiment is to find out what force holds the Solar Systems together. Explain how you know this force does not involve a diety, I am sure if you know something the scientist do not they would be happy to know Professor.
I think you will find that I understand what their theories are trying to imply. I think you might find that if you have been paying attention you will know that they actually do not understand and the majority of their work is theory and not proven. Again do a google search.

RE: Why I do not like faith (a thread for atheists /agnostics to share their views in a peaceful settin

The OT and NT are seperate books. I believe the OT only and that was my point.

Yes people do have morals but if it were not for faith what directions would our morals lead us in? Who would decide if killing is wrong or right etc etc? Look at the sorry state the Earth is in.

You say you are an athiest yet if I proved G-D's existence you would not be. An athiest is someone who will never be convinced. It is not up to me to prove anything because whether you belive in G-D or not is not my concern, I respect whatever you believe.

You say Evolution, this comes from Darwin Theory. Darwins theory was wrong and that is a fact. It was actually bones from a pig, look it up. Secondly there is no concrete evidence to evolution it is thoery and whats more the scientist agree with this.

If the earth were as old as theory suggest then it would have a cooled core by now. Why have comets not wiped us out etc. What holds the Solar Systems together? Where did big bang come from? Astronomically speaking is man not the astronomer? Why do we exist? And why are the conditions for our existence so precise? Does this not suggest an external control?

These are all factors scientist are trying to discover. Have you been following that big bang experiment in Switzerland? They readily admit that most of there science is theories and that most of it is based on probability.

If science were right then we may soon get engulfed by a new dimension with this new big bang but probably you wouldn't be able to gloat. These scientist sound a bit loony to me messing with stuff they do not understand its like giving a 2 year old a nuclear detonator.

Anyway matey I just bring questions to keep you all on your toes as I said earlier I know what I believe and I do not need to speak on behalf of G-D.

I know but I can have my say on this thread can I not?yay

RE: Why I do not like faith (a thread for atheists /agnostics to share their views in a peaceful settin

Which bible are you referring to?

If G-D did not exist then I think we would have destroyed ourselves long ago. Do you believe that the World exist without any morals, order or higher intervention?

If your so smart then prove G-D does not exist and also where we came from. Remember nothing has ever been created or invented it was all already there and we just discovered how to use it.

Sorry to butt in to your atheist thread. You have your belief and I have mine and I am not having a go at you all but just your theories and I suppose if you did not want criticism you would not have posted.confused confused

RE: God is exist?

Which bible are you referring to? I practice Tanakh only (Old) I do not believe in a demi-god man JC!

RE: God is exist?

Einstien was a Jew and I believe he acknowledged G-D.

Theories is exactly what they are can one prove them?

We cant even fathom cures for illnesses on this very planet so how can we even think that we can present our theories as truth?

Was not the Darwin theory proved to be wrong? (pig bones or teeth I believe) but yet it was never published.

You still have not explained how you get something from nothing and readily admit you dunno. Could these other Universes be a higher heaven? I don,t know but it is more plausible to believe in a creator. Anything else is mere speculation and ludicrous.

Can a man create a seed from nothing?

Have you not used the word creation? does that not suggest a maker?

If you go with science can this explain consciousness or the miracle of how everything was just perfect for life to exist on our planet and that it could not have happened by chance but intelligent design.

If G-D did not closely supervise mans affairs (bearing in mind we have a free will and if you choose to ignore HIM then you can expect HE to do the same) we would have destroyed ourselves long ago.

I reiterate. I know G-D is real.

confused

RE: God is exist?

Psalm 19 tells of the Universe. When you say bible are you including the Greek writings or new testament as xtians call it?

RE: God is exist?

Whether or not you believe in G-D is not my concern but if you don't then explain to me how the Universe began.

If you use the big bang theory then explain from whence came big bang and how you get something from nothing otherwise it is the Eternal created everything.

I do believe in G-D and no one can ever convince me otherwise. I don't care what one says I know he is real.
